Our Programs
Little Lambs Ministry is committed to providing the opportunity for orphans and abandoned children of Russia, Moldova, and Ukraine to accept Christ, grow in their faith, and become self-sufficient, contributing members of society. Little Lambs seeks to accomplish this through the four different programs listed below.
Every summer and winter, American and national volunteers provide loving care and Christ-centered programs to orphaned and abandoned children in Ukraine, Russia, and Moldova. Each program is 2 weeks long and offers a chance for children, aged 6-16, to learn Bible lessons and English, to participate in sports and games, and to enjoy arts and crafts. It is truly a unique experience for thousands of orphans and our volunteers.

With help from churches, businesses, schools, manufacturers and individuals, we collect non-perishable food items, clothing, personal hygiene items, and medical supplies. Through generous donations, we have been able to send 3-4, 40-ft. containers each year since 1993. Most containers are shipped free of charge through the United States Government Relief Program to the former Soviet Union.

The Little Lambs Homes are Christian family homes for orphans. It is an alternative to the government orphanages. Little Lambs has two homes in Ukraine and cares for 15-25 children of different ages in each home. Each home is staffed with wonderful Christian house parents.

This is a support program for the families and churches in Ukraine who help orphanage graduates find a better future. Little Lambs provides scholarships to the orphanage graduates who are committed and able to go to Universities. We also partner with churches to provide housing, meals, and clothing for the graduates.
